We are excited to announce that we are on schedule for a fall of 2009 opening!!

We still have some painting, plumbing and cabinetry to go in, but everything should be done by December at the latest.

Now that the building itself is almost ready, Bob's House is focusing on two main things:

• First, the recruiting and coordinating of volunteers. Bob's House has already had an out pouring of interest from dog lovers. They are still actively trying to find people of all ages who are willing to donate whatever time they are able.
• Secondly, the launching of a raffle. Bob's House needs to fund our facility in large part with a yearly cash, calendar style raffle. The calendars themselves should be ready for sale this fall. There will be a name drawn everyday from Jan. 1 - June 30th of 2010 with a check being mailed directly to the winner. The calendars will cost $10 with all proceeds going to Bob's House.
