Every dog deserves to be in a loving and caring home - maybe your home is forever home for one of our current dogs?
These dogs reside at Bob’s House under the Kennel to Couch program. Dogs need all of the comforts of home. Removing dogs from area shelters and placing them in a home environment makes them more adoptable. While we foster dogs, we provide meticulous healthcare, high quality food and love and attention from our staff and volunteers. Once dogs are adopted, 100% of all adoption fees goes back to the shelter we fostered the dog for.
Below you will see the gallery of available dogs that are currently at Bob's House for Dogs. Click on the photo below to read more about the dog. Viewing of available dogs is done by appointment only; please call 715-878-4505 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment!
Tylie, our little miracle girl, came into Bob's House in severe need of dental surgery. She then had a cancerous growth removed from her mouth and was placed on our hospice care list. Well, Tylie had no plans of staying in hospice! With medication, her tumor had shrunk and she is now ready for a new home!! Tylie a Miniature Pin mix that is estimated to be 10+. She LOVES people, and still have lots of energy and playfulness for a senior. She is being fostered for Monroe County Animal Shelter.
Nigel is an active, sweet and cuddly, 9 yr. old Shih-tzu mix that was sadly returned, after his owner became ill. He is great with all ages, and all of our canine residents. Nigel does have a dry eye condition, that requires some lubricating drops throughout the day. He is being fostered for Seniors Rock Rescue.
Ty is an 11 year old Pomoeraina that we are fostering for Coulee Region Humane Society. He recently had a dental cleaning (21 teeth removed), and neuter surgery.
Please call our center at 715-878-4505 to learn more information about Ty!
Hi, my name is Rose and I am a tan Cocker Spaniel/Poodle mix. I am 13 years old and a spayed female. My previous owner loved me very much, but surrendered me to the shelter as the new landlord did not allow pets. Everyone here has been telling me that many dogs find themselves in this situation, and not to worry because I am such a wonderful dog, and cute as can be. I will do best in a quiet home with an experienced dog owner that will love me forever. I am in need of a dental, which will need to be done before I will be allowed to go home with you. I am good with cats, other dogs, and gentle children. I prefer a home with older people as I am a quite lap dog, and not fond of loud noises. I love stuffed animals, so you will want to make sure you have an abundance of those around.
Rosie is being fostered for Eau Claire County Humane Association.
This lovely bonded pair will need to be adopted together. Gidget a 12 year old Dachshund mix, and Poppi, a 9 year old Chihuahua mix, came from a family that sadly surrendered them due to having too many dogs.
Poppi does take and inexpensive medication for seizures on a daily basis.
Please call our center at 715-878-4505 to schedule and appointment to meet these wonderful dogs today!
Dante is a sweet and lovable 10 year old Labrador mix, that was sadly surrendered to the Monroe County Animal Shelter. He could lose a little weight, but we are working on that:)
Please call our center at 715-878-4505 to schedule a time to meet Dante!
Hello, my name is Buddy, and I am in need of a quiet home, as that is what I am used to, and I am a senior dog. I was surrendered to the shelter because my previous owner was having health issues and could no longer care for me. It was VERY hard for us to part because we were each other's universe, but we both knew that it is in my best interest to find a new forever home. I am 13 years old and it was just the two of us for my entire life. I am a neutered male Bichon/Shih Tzu mix. I am a good dog with a bit of little dog attitude, so I will do best in a home without young children or cats. I am easy-going, and very loyal to my special person. I like space to do my own thing, but I am also quick to be your napping buddy. I like to sleep on the bed and be near someone. I melt into being given attention, and my previous owner really spoiled me. I love puperoni sticks, yum, and would get one every morning after potty time. I am housebroken, and will bark to let people know that this is my home. I am always excited about going for walks, well, unless there is a thunderstorm brewing - storms frighten me! They can be so loud, and I am so little. I really would love to become your cuddle buddy! Please stop over soon to visit with me! Note: I am in need of a dental, which will need to be done before I can go home with you. Buddy is being fostered for ECCHA. Please call our center for information on Buddy. 715-878-4505
