Every dog deserves to be in a loving and caring home - maybe your home is forever home for one of our current dogs?
These dogs reside at Bob’s House under the Kennel to Couch program. Dogs need all of the comforts of home. Removing dogs from area shelters and placing them in a home environment makes them more adoptable. While we foster dogs, we provide meticulous healthcare, high quality food and love and attention from our staff and volunteers. Once dogs are adopted, 100% of all adoption fees goes back to the shelter we fostered the dog for.

Sabrina is a lovely little 3 year old Chihuahua, that enjoys the company of people, but may need a few minutes when meeting strangers. She is gentle and does well with other animals. Sometimes she burrows right down into the blankets, where she cannot even be seen. Sabrina does have a dry eye condition that initially required antibiotics, and will need lubricating drops for continued health. She is considered a teacup chi, and will need sweaters, and coats for winter weather.
Sabrina is being fostered for Monroe County Animal Shelter.
Hello, my name is Smokey and I am a 9 year old Cocker Spaniel that was sadly surrendered to the shelter because my previous owner was no longer able to care for me. I have been neutered and I just had a dental, which has made me feel so much better. I am super friendly and I do well with other dogs, cats, strangers, and gentle children that understand my medical issues. You see, I have cataracts in both eyes, so I don't see very well at all and can get startled easily. This is why I am seeking a quiet home where there is always someone around to keep me company. I love to snuggle and I get so excited about being on the receiving end of attention that I groan when being petted and kissed. Everyone here tells me that I am the sweetest dog around. I am very good on leash and I like to trot around along side of you in the yard. My favorite treats are Beggin Strips which I take very gently. I am not food aggressive at all. I am housebroken, and would like to have a home and family of my own in which to share my love and golden years. Smokey is being fostered for ECCHA.
Barney is a very sweet and loving 14 yr. old Chihuaua/Dachsund mix, that came into rescue when his owners had too many dogs. He is very polite, easy going, and playful. Barney will be having dental surgery prior to being adopted. He is being fostered for Buffalo County.
Poppy is a friendly little Chichuau/Dashund mix that is estimated to be about 8 years old. He was placed in rescue, because his owners had too many dogs. Poppy may be a little slow to trust at first, but he comes around quickly, and LOVES to snuggle. He is being fostered for Buffalo County.
Tylie, our little miracle girl, came into Bob's House in severe need of dental surgery. She then had a cancerous growth removed from her mouth and was placed on our hospice care list. Well, Tylie had no plans of staying in hospice! With medication, her tumor had shrunk and she is now ready for a new home!! Tylie a Miniature Pin mix that is estimated to be 10+. She LOVES people, and still have lots of energy and playfulness for a senior. She is being fostered for Monroe County Animal Shelter.
Dear sweet Thomas is a 16 yr. old Terrier mix. He was found in a ditch with an open wound on his head, and a severly neglected coat and nails. Thomas is both deaf and blind, but his disposition remains AMAZING! This gentle soul is very, very well behaved in the house, and has never had an accident, while staying at our facility. Thomas deserves a loving home, where he can snuggle on his owners lap. He is being fostered for Monroe County Animal Shelter.
