Howdy, my name is Woody and I am a 1 year old Treeing Walker Coonhound. I am a very friendly neutered male that was brought to the shelter as a stray. Please don't judge me too quickly if I should seem shy to you. It is just that with some people it takes me a little bit longer to warm up, but it is well worth the wait because I am really a very sweet dog. Once I get to know you better I become your best pal. I have noticed that it is difficult for humans to look at my loving face and not crack a smile. My eyes will warm your heart, and my long hound ears are simply adorable. Pet my shinny, slick as a seal coat and you are sure to be hooked. I have a very stately sit, and I also know come, leave it, no, and I have become quite good on leash if I do say so myself. I am an avid hunter, so my favorite thing to do is to go on very long walks. Every Coonhound needs to exercise his nose you know, and I am no exception to the rule. When I am all done sniffing, I like a little snack, and then it's time for a nice long snooze somewhere near my favorite human. It is my greatest wish that YOU are that special someone. I am housebroken and kennel-trained as well as calm and careful with toddlers. I also like other dogs and I love to run and play at the dog park. I will need a very active home willing to keep me well exercised. Without enough activity, I have a tendency to start pacing and whine. I am a very sweet and wonderful dog that simply needs to have a home where I can start having more fun!

My owner passed away, and then someone took me in but let me get away...i was found as a stray and my records were traced back to find that i am actually 12 years old. No one that meets can believe it since my coat is so shiny and soft. I have the kindest eyes that you have EVER encountered. I am house trained and very gentle. One of the nice volunteers at Bob's House clipped my nails and now i feel so much better!! I am being fostered through Trails Home Lab Rescue. Hello, My name is Bailey and i am an 8 year old beagle mix. The folks at Bob's House joke and say i might be part bunny rabbit because my fur is so luxurious!! I was found as a stray and its hard to believe that no one came looking for me because i am such a delicate and friendly little girl. I was pretty sad when i first got here because i missed my family so much. The volunteers at Bob's House have been taking me to visit nursing homes this week, and boy did i have a great time! I am finally ready to find my forever family, could that be you???

Hello, my name is Betty. I was picked up as a stray, which has been really hard for me because I'm at least 10 years old. I was very scared to find myself without a home, but now that the nice people at Bob's House have taken me in I have relaxed again. Everyone that meets me can see that I am a loving girl and my tail is ALWAYS wagging.

I get so excited when the leash comes out and I only need a little bit of exercise, but a lot of love. I will be a devoted, loyal companion to anyone who is willing to let me live out my years with them.

I'm on a mild dose of rimadyl for some minor arthritis issues. I get around just fine, but I really prefer laying around on soft things.

My name is J.P. I used to be 'Bruno', but that name just didn't seem to fit!! I tell everyone the J.P. means 'Just Perfect', but everyone tells me I am Just Pretending and it really should stand for 'Jumbo Potential'! So you’ll have to Just Plan to come and meet me so you can decide for yourself. I am a very sweet and loving 2 year old lab mix that loves tummy rubs and cuddling. My owner didn't have enough time for me which is such a shame, because i am a 'people dog'. If I'm called, I'll be sure to head right over and demand to be pet, but if someone comes towards me suddenly i may get scared and potty on the floor. The nice people at Bob's House see that this stops once i get to know you!

I could benefit from some training, but i am smart boy and should learn pretty fast. Oh, and don't worry, i will let you know when i have to go potty. I do funny little dance and spin around in circles by the door! Just come and spend some time with me and i will steal your heart!
