Hi, I'm Rico! I am a 7-year-old Chihuahua mix being fostered for ECCHA. I am a sweet, cuddly, and loving boy who enjoys head scratches, cozy beds, and all the attention and snuggles I can get. A semi-quiet home with lots of love would be the perfect place for me to relax and shine.
